Dearest sister of mine,
I am so glad you sent this today. I have been missing you, and your sweetness. We must get together more often, if only for a short visit. With the holidays comes stress, and loneliness for "you know who"...
I miss him so much. He and Jesus is what kept me going. I know he is in a better place right now, waiting for me, but I am selfish, and want him by my side, sitting and holding hands with a good movie or having our prayer time together.
I cannot tell you how much respect I have for you, my friend. I am totally amazed at what the Lord has called you to do. You are an obedient servant, and will be rewarded many times over.

God bless you and keep you safe in all ways.

Love in Him,
donnao

Mike... thank you so much for that information. You are much more informed as to those things than I; and I appreciate the information. It is good for all of us to see the networking that goes on, the high priority that is place on such a vital need.

Dear Rev. Bobbi -

It is great that you attended the training and good for you for helping people who are disabled get the help for which they are eligible. Please note that while the Social Security Administration has supported SOAR, the funding to train trainers (who, in turn, train case managers) was provided by three other federal agencies: HUD, SAMHSA and HRSA. SAMHSA and HRSA are divisions within HHS . Lots of credit also goes to the Community Services Agency of the DC Department of Mental Health.

Mike

The children want to be included and feel a part of the service. How great for them that they were not just shushed but brought into worship, especially for those new to the church family.
